We are a family-owned leisure park based in Box End, Bedfordshire.
Our 2 beautiful naturally spring-fed lakes are used for a range of watersports activities, alongside our 100-acres of parkland which offers dry land activities. You can explore our giant inflatable Aqua Park, learn to wakeboard on our Cable Tow, enjoy the cold-water benefits of Open Water Swimming, navigate our lake on a Stand-Up Paddleboard or simply enjoy the lakeside view whilst playing our Disc Golf course!
At Box End Park there is an activity to suit everyone!
Our amazing giant Aqua Park is open from April to October. The park is the biggest and best in the area and includes the UK’s biggest water-mega slide! We add new challenges every year so make sure you check out what’s new.
Great fun for ages 6 years and upwards! You will get the chance to leap, climb and swing your way around the various obstacles - Perfect for families, birthday parties, school trips and group celebrations!

Our 5-tower Cable Tow is open from March to December and is the perfect way to enjoy the thrills of wakeboarding or knee-boarding on our overhead full cable system!
Whether you're new to wakeboarding, still learning or looking to advance your riding style - we have something for you! Our expert cable team will always give you a friendly welcome on the dock and our coaches will work with you to help improve your riding and most importantly - ensure you have a great time!

Our naturally spring-fed lakes are a safe, clean and current free spot for open water swimmers. Our site is fully serviced with free & secure car parking, changing rooms and lockers that require a £1 coin.
We have land and water-based lifeguards present during all of our swim sessions. Rental wetsuits are available and cost £5 to hire! Bright coloured swim caps can be bought for £5 each and if you don't have your own tow float - you can buy your own Zone3 tow float in Reception for £24.99 or hire one of ours on the day for £2.50!

Our Stand Up Paddleboarding is open from April to October and is a fantastic way of getting out on the water & exploring our Northern Lake. Whether you're looking to relax and explore, learn a new skill or just have fun - we have something for you!

Our 18-hole Disc Golf course is open from March to December and is the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our course. You will need to throw your disc into the basket or kick your football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

Boat Water Skiing
