Site Rules & Booking Policy

Please read our site rules carefully before booking. Guests who do not follow these rules will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

• •  We welcome solo travellers, couples & small families with children - no groups allowed. 
• •  Guests under 21yrs old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. At least one member of the group must be 21yrs or older. We may ask to see ID on arrival. 
• •  Dogs must be on a lead at all times on-site (once you're through the main entrance gate). They must never be left unattended & always cleaned up after. Dangerous breeds are not permitted.
• •  Quiet hours: Hushed voices only between 22:30pm - 07:00am. No loud music or conversation. Please keep vehicle movement to a minimum during these times. 
• •  1 car per pitch (an additional car must be parked in the main car park). Max site speed = 10 mph.
• •  Lake access ONLY for booked activities. No wild swimming allowed. 
• •  BBQ’s allowed as long as they're raised off the ground. No fire-pits, no generators, no fireworks or powered scooters/buggies. E-bikes allowed.
• •  Electric pitches: 10 AMP connection; bring your own cables. High-power appliances may trip the system. One connection per point; no EV charging.  
• • Be mindful of natural hazards: uneven grass, tree roots, guy wires, slippery/muddy areas.
• •  Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate stays for unsuitable behaviour or dogs off leads. No refunds will be given.
