Discover Box End Park's newest attraction - our Archery sessions! It's the PERFECT way to enjoy the outdoors whilst mastering a new skill & spending time with your friends & family.
These sessions will be running at weekends between 10am-12pm from the end of May to the beginning of September. Great fun for all ages 10 years and older!
Our 60 minute coached Archery sessions cost only £17.50pp including all your equipment and tuition! Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting and learn the skills needed to make you a master archer.
Sessions cost £17.50pp with up to a maximum of 12 people per session.
All of your equipment (wooden bow, carbon-fibre arrows, arm-brace) & tuition is included!
Your instructor will start with a short safety briefing and then you can enjoy taking practice shots on our picturesque outdoor archery range. There will be plenty of challenges and friendly competitions for you to enjoy throughout!
• All sessions must be pre-booked using our online booking system.
• Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the session start time you have booked. This allows time to check-in and get ready over to your session on time.
• All equipment must be returned back to your Instructor once you have finished your session.
• Our course is on natural, uneven grassland. There are natural trip hazards and the pitches can be slippery and muddy. Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear (closed toe) and ensure you tread with care. You will be wearing an arm-guard however, long sleeved clothing is also recommended.
• Participants must not enter or swim in the lake. If an arrow accidentally ends up in the water or out of bounds / you cannot reach it safely, please report this to your instructor who will be able to help you.
• Participants must be aged 10 years or older. Those aged 10 to 16 year olds will need to be signed onto the course by a person over the age of 17 years old
• You must ensure you have completed a waiver before arrival to check-in for your session at reception.
• Note we are unable to offer refunds on booked sessions however, if you notify us more than 7 working days before your booking, we can help look at re-scheduling your session or providing credit.
Child Supervision Policy
Anyone participating in an activity under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied on site at all times by a supervising adult aged 17 years or older. The supervising adult must remain in the vicinity of the activity in case they need to be alerted at any point by Box End Park staff.
